Our candles are developed based on a nature-friendly formula of 90% European rapeseed oil and 10% coconut oil. They are carefully hand-poured in a sheltered workshop in the Netherlands. Because of the natural ingredients, no harmful substances are released and the candle burns much longer than when using synthetic ingredients. Did the candle burn out? The natural candle is packed in a reusable jar that you can use, for example, as a tea light holder or storage jar.

These sustainable candles, made of 100% natural rapeseed and coconut oil, are designed by MADE out of. The design process involves local makers to achieve the best and most beautiful result. The candles are made by our partner and social enterprise in The Netherlands.

Inclusivity

Locally and socially manufactured

As a circular partner, we develop and produce unique upcycle products, where inclusive working, CO2 savings and waste reduction are key. An important objective in establishing our company is (working) pleasure and giving others the space and opportunity to participate. That is why we work with co-makers. Skilled people who sometimes need just some extra encouragement. Through this approach, we connect passionate and skilled people to our company and work on opportunities, personal development and (work) pleasure. A win-win situation for everyone!
