For us, it’s about more than just beautiful products. In our own atelier in the Netherlands, we create handmade items with inclusive craftsmen using sustainable materials. Each product is made with great care, attention, and a little bit of love to help protect our planet.

Impact label

Transparantie

Duurzaamheid zit diep in ons DNA. Al onze producten worden lokaal gemaakt van milieuvriendelijke materialen die we met zorg hebben uitgekozen. We vinden het belangrijk om open en eerlijk te zijn. Daarom hebben wij van al onze producten de impact onafhankelijk laten berekenen door Emissa aan de hand van een Life Cycle Analyses. Deze impact is weergegeven op onze materiaalpagina en zichtbaar door de QR-code te scannen bij onze producten. Daarnaast hebben we van inmiddels 5 producten een DPP (Digital Product Passport).

Life Terra

CO₂ compensatie

Onze producten worden lokaal in Nederland gemaakt met GRS-gecertificeerde gerecyclede materialen uit Europa. Hiermee hebben wij de CO₂ uitstoot van onze producten al behoorlijk verlaagd. Maar zoals elke productie stoten ook wij nog steeds CO₂ uit. Daarom planten wij via Life Terra nieuwe bomen terug in Nederland. Dit doen wij niet alleen om onze uitstoot te compenseren, maar ook omdat wij een groene leefomgeving en schone lucht belangrijk vinden. Duurzame materialen

MADE out of

MADE Out Of staat voor de bijzondere verhalen achter al onze producten. Vanwege onze circulaire aanpak gaan we slimmer om met grondstoffen en afval. Door biologische, gerecyclede en geupcyclede materialen te gebruiken ontstaan er nieuwe, unieke producten met een beperkte ecologische voetafdruk. Zo wordt een oude wollen trui een nieuwe laptophoes van vilt en krijgt weggegooid papier opnieuw een functie in ons modulaire notitieboek.

All our products are made with love in our own workshop, Makers Lokaal. This way, we can guarantee a local and socially responsible production process.

In our inclusive sewing studio, people with unique employment needs get the chance to be part of our team in a safe and supportive work environment—helping them regain new job opportunities and a fresh perspective on work!

From literally sketching in my attic room and reading up on all possible materials, to the first production. And now? Now we are a unique and sustainable brand, where a group of great makers are working with great pleasure. Together we make the world a little better, one handmade product at a time!
