One of the key goals of our products is a long lifespan. When a product is broken or time for replacement, it doesn’t have to be the end of its life. That’s why we offer a share, repair & recycle service for our bags and laptop sleeves. Is a closure not working or a seam coming loose? No worries, we’ll repair your product for free!

Read these terms carefully to make sure your product qualifies for our service:
- Our share, repair & recycle service is only available for certain products as laptopsleeves and bags.
- The service applies to products bought within the last 2 years, at the time the returned product arrives;
- We can’t repair tears, scratches, stains, or damage directly on the fabric or material (inside and outside) of the product;
- Loose seams can be repaired, as well as zippers and other closures;
- The product you send must be clean and empty. We’re not responsible for any items left inside;
- We’ll always assess if the product is repairable once it arrives. We’ll do this carefully, thoroughly, and fairly. If it’s really not possible to repair it, we’ll let you know. Our decision is final and non-negotiable;
- You’ll cover the shipping costs to send your product to our workshop. Make sure it’s well-packaged. We’re not responsible for any damage during transport;
- When you send the product, make sure to include the confirmation you received when filling out the form. If it’s missing, we won’t be able to process your product and will donate it to charity;
- We’ll repair your product for free and send it back to you at no cost. We’ll also offset the CO2 emissions from the transport (both ways);
- You can expect your repaired product back within 3 to 4 weeks;
- To help us check everything and improve our products for the future, please fill out and send the form below. Our general privacy policy applies to this;
- If you want to repair your product and donate it, here are a few extra conditions:
a)The product must be free of stains or tears on the fabric (inside and outside). Make sure you’d still be happy to receive it yourself;
b) Tears on seams inside can be repaired.

Prefer something new? You can also choose to return the product to us in exchange for a 20% discount voucher for your next purchase in our webshop. The product will then be refurbished and donated to a good cause.

2-4 business days for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. You can also choose to pick up your package at a PostNL pickup point. International shipments within Europe typically take 3 to 5 business days.

Yes, we ship your order via PostNL. You will receive a Track & Trace code by email as soon as your order is shipped, so you can track your package.

If you're not home during delivery, the delivery person will try again the next day. If the second attempt also fails, the delivery person will ensure the package is delivered to a nearby pickup location. It’s also possible that the delivery person will leave the package with your neighbors. In both cases, the delivery person will leave a note in your mailbox with more information.
If the package isn’t picked up from the pickup location within two weeks, it will be returned to us. We will then contact you about the next steps for processing your order.

We’re sorry to hear that the product isn’t what you expected, and we hope to make sure you receive something you’re completely happy with. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. If you wish to cancel a product, you can notify us via info@madeoutof.com within 14 days of receipt. We’d love to hear what went wrong so we can continue improving our products.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. The return shipping costs are at your own expense, which is approximately €6,95 per package. Please refer to the desired carrier's website for exact rates.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. The products must also be undamaged, clean, and unworn.
We will refund the order amount within 14 days after receiving the return notification, provided the product has been returned to us in good condition.

When returning your order, we will refund the full amount of the order (excluding shipping costs). The refund will be processed within 14 days after the return has been reported. We will use the same payment method you used to pay for your order, and there are no additional costs for you. You will only be liable for a decrease in value if the items are not returned to us in their original condition and packaging.
The refund will be initiated once we have received the returned products in good condition or when you provide proof that the goods have been returned.

Do you have a complaint? We’re really sorry to hear that, and we will do everything we can to make things right. We recommend that you first report any complaints about our service or products to us via info@madeoutof.nl. You will receive a detailed response from us within 2 days of receiving your complaint.

We believe in less! Less is essential to reduce your carbon footprint. That’s why “less” is a central theme in our business operations, and we’ve stepped off the usual well-trodden paths.
This means we work with less stock. So, it might happen that a product is not available (yet). But don’t worry! We monitor our order flow daily. If a product is out of stock, it can be purchased as a pre-order.
Since we produce locally, we’re incredibly flexible and can often deliver your order within 3 weeks. We clearly state the expected delivery date for each item, so you can decide if you want to wait for it. If anything changes, we will contact you right away.

LOOP is a circular notebook. With its unique design that encourages reuse, we aim to extend the lifespan of the materials used.
Want to create your own LOOP BOOK? Follow these steps:
- Go to the shop.
- Open one of the LOOP products, depending on the color and style.
- Choose a paper bundle of 120 pages. You can choose from blank or lined paper.
