Our products are designed by MADE out of and handcrafted in our own workshop in Oud-Beijerland. Here, everything revolves around craftsmanship and social impact. It’s a great workplace where talent is given the space to grow. By producing in the Netherlands, we ensure good working conditions, craftsmanship, fair wages, and significantly reduce our CO₂ emissions.

Upcycle: Thanks to modern production techniques, old textiles are transformed into a beautiful new material: wool felt. This process minimizes textile waste and extends the lifespan of materials.

CO₂ emissions: By reusing old textiles and producing our materials in Europe, we have a lower CO₂ emission due to shorter transport distances*. Products made from our recycled wool felt emit, on average, 61% less CO₂ than comparable products from the Far East.

Social impact: In our local workshop, we provide a great workplace where talent is given the space to grow. We stand for fair wages and inclusivity.

Compensation: Unfortunately, we are not yet CO₂-free. With the contribution from your order and others, we plant trees on Dutch soil in collaboration with Life Terra.
